Garden School - Seed Bombs, Butterflies & Bees
Get ready to buzz with excitement! In this family-friendly workshop, we’ll explore the magical world of pollinators—the tiny but mighty helpers behind so much of the food we grow and eat.
Through stories, hands-on discovery, and a short garden adventure, kids and caregivers will learn why bees, butterflies, and other pollinators are essential to our ecosystems. Then it’s time to get messy (in the best way possible!) making colourful, squishy wildflower seed bombs from clay and compost. Each participant will go home with their own pollinator-friendly seed bombs—ready to toss into gardens, green spaces, or even sidewalk cracks to help support bees and blooms wherever they grow!
